Should the issue persist, please provide us a Problem Steps Recorder starting from the sign in page up to the check-out page where no discount is showing. You may also refer to this page to know more about student discount. Once it was saved automatically the student status will get updated to PVUE side and discount will get applied. In case that the discount is not reflecting on the checkout page, please edit your profile and save again making sure no special or local characters in your name or address fields.
